Ingredients
✅ Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda

✅ Wet Ingredients:
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.
3️⃣ Add orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
4️⃣ Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
❄️ Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
4️⃣ Coat each ball in granulated sugar first, then in powdered sugar.
🔥 Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft in the center.
💨 Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
